How To Write An Optimized Page Title Tag For SEO - New Rules For 2022? My Top SEO Software Recommendations https://ift.tt/3rwhvwa Thought I would do a little impromptu video. I was doing some keyword research today and I notice things have changed a little bit, uh, especially in that the headers, they just one header, uh, titles, two pages, um, used to be, you can just spell your keyword in there, throw a line afterward and you know, you're good to go and then put them in your head. Or I haven't checked the H two through H four headers, but just, let's just take a look. Uh, and Google's getting real good with synonyms too. And, and, and then analyzing, uh, sentence structure phrases, because I am having trouble in many cases, finding the exact keyword match in a title. And that's really the point of the video guy. I did a search for electronic dog door Gores, and this is cutting in enterprise here. And we've got the top 20. I must just paste those into a word document and you can see the exact match phrase a couple times here, here it is here, here and here, but then after that, it kinda, you know, past that, um, it disappears. I mean, we've got every, we've got pet, we've got electronic and then we got power pet doors and I I'm actually gonna use pet door, not dog door in my, uh, title, because that seems to be what Google is, uh, seeing, uh, for cat and dog doors. It's just simply using that as a synonym for other animals, uh, microchip pet doors, exact mesh their electronics over here. So Google is getting good at seeing the, you know, the keywords within the title and giving you credit for, uh, the exact match phrase by finding the keywords in the title. Uh, and my, my, uh, what I do, let's say you have pet, uh, here's electronic dog doors here, but it's not here. And, you know, uh, page authority may have something to do with this too, but, uh, I've also analyzed the pages and you don't see the exact match maybe once or twice in the page. Uh, Google's getting really good at that, looking at the intent of the page and not so much looking for that exact match keyword here's pet doors again. Uh, let me double check. Uh, yeah, we use the word dog. Um, so again, and then they put dog over here. Um, so it's getting a little tougher to define that, uh, you know, if you're going on a page manually, it's getting a little tougher to, to figure out exactly what you're going to use, because you've got a wide variety of stuff right here. I use some other, uh, analytical software I use through, which is T H R U U. And it does kind of the same thing here, and it looks on page, uh, but it's, it's really changed up from what, from what, uh, I always used to have just a few months back, uh, then that's not exact match. So I use pet doors. There's no exact match here. Uh, you got pet doors here. There's an exact match here, none here. And I say Google interchange and electronic and automatic and micro shifts. So Google, you know, Google is getting smarter. I I've always said Google. Isn't quite as smart as we think, but it looks like maybe Google is catching up. I don't know, but that's really my point today. We could look at one more, uh, and if the video ends here, you know, then I didn't look at one more. Um, this is looking at, uh, oh gosh, um, let's look at cat door, uh, door between door. That seems to be a search for people looking for that sort of thing right in there. Uh, we've got a close match first here. Uh, but uh, no exact match after that, then I can say here, let's do a local search and see what we got, um, this, this do, um, which I don't know, that's the most creative person here and just do pressure washing. It is frustrating. And Google changes the rules every so often because you've spent, you know, years possibly working on rankings and then you got to go back and save it. So it's actually a good idea, you know, with enterprise, uh, I can go in and change things in bulk, you know, within minutes. So I've got that going, but any, anytime you're doing any SEO, you want to set yourself up to be able to make changes pretty darn quick. That's not always easy. Let's go over here to document again, look at this. We're going to pressure wash and he had city an exact match, exact match, no exact match match match. Just do a fine here. We've got two out of all of them, two exact matches at the top. Um, and Google probably treats local different than national. I will say that, um, you do see the keywords within the phrase. Most times there's a lot of other factors besides the title, but the title again, a exact match isn't necessarily going to get you there. Something to think about. #Title #Tag #Optimize #SEO
